Get Ready to Get Covered is hosted by Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, the Community Health Center of Burlington and the Vermont Campaign for Health Care Security Education Fund. There are over ten organizations in Chittenden County alone designated as navigator organizations. This event will highlight community-based resources available to help individuals and their families understand changes in health care and move them closer to enrolling in a plan that works best for them.
