Island Arts presents a celebration of the life of Doug and Billie Tudhope, long-time friends and supporters of Island Arts. Two local ensembles will perform: the duo of Tudhope’s grandchildren, Sarah and Peter Bowley, and the “Champlain Voices”, the South Hero-based vocal quartet of Gina Fearn, Linda Libby, Carl Frenning, and Chuck Hill.
