All roads lead to Milton on Saturday, November 10th for the Milton Artists’ Guild 14th annual HOLIDAY ART FEST from 9 am-4 pm at the Milton Art Center and Gallery, located 199 US Route 7 South, Milton, in the plaza behind the Milton Post Office. Enjoy a day of holiday shopping, music, an artist raffle and refreshments. Twenty members of the Milton Artists’ Guild will be featuring their art at this show, as well as 100 other artists throughout the art center and gallery.

 

A pre-ArtFest Gala will be held on Friday, November 9 from 6-8 pm with music by Vermont musician Dayve Huckett.  Refreshments will be served. Cash Bar.

 

This community Arts Center & Gallery is the home for the Milton Artists’ Guild and serves as a hub for the arts in the Milton and greater Northern Chittenden community. The center and gallery features exhibits (permanent and rotating); a gift shop and rental space for artists and community groups. The MAG offers workshops, home-school classes, Open Studio weekends and Social Sundays. The Milton Artists’ Guild has been involved in community projects including the mural on Gardener Supply Warehouse as you enter the southern gateway to the Town of Milton, the Hannaford Art Park and the colorfully painted dugouts throughout Bombardier Park.

 

Visitors can visit Wednesdays through Sundays between the hours of 11:00 am-6:00 pm and are encouraged to stop by regularly to see “artists in action” in the space and participate in ongoing art workshops, informational sessions and community activities.
