In 2009 Lifelines (0075) interviewed Patricia Blair following the car crash that killed her six month old pre-born twins. Caleb and Harley. As of 2016  there are 37 states that have recognized the unlawful killing of  an unborn child as a homicide.

Vermont is not one of them.
